Service Terms and Conditions
1. Quotations
All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the condition of the property differs significantly from that described at the time of booking.
2. Access to the Property
Customers must ensure that our cleaners have safe and timely access to the property at the agreed appointment time. Delays may result in reduced cleaning time or additional charges.
3. Payments
A 40% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due once our cleaners have arrived on site and commenced the cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. TruNest Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices and to withhold future bookings where payment remains outstanding.
If TruNest Cleaning Services is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the booking deposit being retained. This helps cover scheduling, staffing and operational costs associated with the reserved appointment.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should ensure that valuable, fragile or irreplaceable items are stored safely before the cleaning appointment.
6. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Damage
While every care is taken, TruNest Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are not structurally sound.
8. Health & Safety
Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse work where there is a risk to health, safety or wellbeing.
9. Insurance
TruNest Cleaning Services maintains appropriate business insurance for the services provided.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
